Lead Time

Most TANG&CO. pieces are handcrafted to order and take approximately 3–4 weeks to complete.
Ready to Ship items typically dispatch within 1-2 business days, excluding holidays. Once your piece is complete, it will be shipped via a trusted expedited shipping provider.
Please note: severe weather or unforeseen events may affect delivery timelines.

Customs & Duties

Import duties and customs fees are handled by our shipping partners such as FedEx, DHL, or UPS. You may be contacted directly by them for payment of any applicable charges.

Expedited & Insured Shipping

We ship most orders using priority overnight services. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor your order.
Every TANG&CO. shipment is fully insured against loss, theft, or damage at no extra cost to you.

We strongly recommend using our insured shipping options, as Tang&Co cannot take responsibility for third-party or non-insured shipments.

Signature Required

For your protection, a signature is required upon delivery to ensure safe and secure receipt of your jewelry.

Change of Shipping Address

You may request a change to your shipping address prior to receiving your tracking confirmation.
Once an item is ready to ship, we cannot guarantee any address changes.
